Hmmm. While I admire your thoughtful response, I must remind you that the country has seen (at least) 3 generations after its independence. Definitely, no one wants a war, but a lack of progress and regression is too big a price to pay for “peace”. And if you are informed about what is happening in some areas in the country, you will understand that the peace is a mirage.

There is a wave of “ambition” (as you call it) growing. It’s from a new generation. The point is, democracy has failed progress on every level. And the quest for progress will only grow stronger. Status quo is unacceptable. If you know the plight of the residents, you would think differently ☺
